The QT100MST extractor fan is ideal for tenanted or social housing housing properties. It features an integral motion sensor and overrun timer which ensures that the fan is used every time time someone enters the room making sure that the bathroom is kept free of damp,condensation and mould. It uses a maximum of only 9w on the highest power setting which means it won't cost much to run. The QT100MST extracts an incredible 25 Litres per second, and when operating at full power whispers away at 30dB so not to disturb residents.
