Delivery and Service During COVID-19
As a supplier of vital electrical items such as circuit protection, ventilation, lighting and heating equipment we feel it is important to remain open if possible to do so safely. Therefore, in respect of Government guidelines we are modifying our service offering in order to best protect our team and the wider public.

Order Dispatch:
From week commencing 30th March we will be dispatching orders at 2pm on Tuesdays (for delivery Wednesday) and 2pm Thursdays (for delivery Friday). Of course - our website remains fully operational 24/7 and you may place your order any time of day or night. 

We use the national courier called DPD who offer excellent service including sending you a free text on the morning of delivery giving you a proposed delivery time, accurate to one hour. You may reschedule the delivery at this point or simply arrange your day so that you are in for delivery. 

Phone and Email Support:
Whilst we cannot offer phone support during this period our team are working from home and will answer all email enquiries between the hours of 9am and 5pm - should you require product, stock or any other information.

Payment Information We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Visa Debit and use SagePay, the UK's best known and widely used UK payment provider, for transferring transaction details in the checkout process. This means that no information submitted during this process can be examined, used or modified by any unauthorised third parties. Furthermore, we DO NOT keep or store your credit card details. This means that nobody can steal your details as we simply do not have them!
