Special Order Items are those products which Gil-lec do not stock as standard, and are ordered from our suppliers upon demand. In almost every case we are able to dispatch special order items within one week of receipt of your order since our policy is to deal only with responsive and proactive suppliers who understand the needs of our clients. If you order a special order item one of the gil-lec.co.uk team will contact you shortly with a proposed delivery date, allowing you to schedule any consequent work.
There is no extra delivery charge for special order items and they are subject to our normal delivery terms... (free for orders over £30, or £5.99 for orders under £30).
In the event that you have ordered a mix of stock and non-stock items we will discuss your delivery requirements and will dispatch goods in two deliveries at no extra cost, if you need the stock items quickly.
