The Potterton EP3002 is a two channel digital time control which switches your heating system on and off to give central heating and hot water on demand. The Potterton EP3002 allows you to switch your central heating and hot water separately, so for example between the hours of 7am and 9am you can choose to have the hot water on but the central heating off.

The EP3002 will not allow you to set different times for your hot water and central heating.... i.e 7am - 9am for the hot water but 7am to 11am for the central heating. If you require independent timing control you need the Potterton EP6002.
