What makes the Potterton EP2002 so popular?

As a two channel digital 24 hour heating programmer, the Potterton EP2002 allows the homeowner to switch their central heating and hot water separately, having, for example hot water between the hours of 7am and 9am without turning the central heating on. Whilst its versatility plays a major part in its popularity, possibly the most important factor is that it may be used with both fully pumped and gravity fed systems. This means it can be used in the majority of homes throughout the UK.

The EP2002 is also very easy and intuitive to use, with digital clock display, individual over-ride facility and indicator lights which signal when either the central heating or hot water are on. The EP2002 also gives peace of mind maintaining clock and timings during power failure, and by using a common base plate to all Potterton EP programmers, the EP2002 easily replaces other, older Potterton models.
