Dar Lighting Introduce 2008 Collection

With Christmas and the New Year fast approaching, Dar Lighting have just presented their much anticipated latest collection. Always eagerly awaited by lighting designers, retailers and home owners alike Dar's lighting collections have become the industry standard bearer and have not disappointed this time. With additions to existing ranges and wholly new designs, Dar Lighting have increased their offering by over a hundred new models.

As one of Dar Lighting's signature designs, the Galileo is often admired in hotels and commercial environments, but with a 2m drop is a little too large for most domestic environments. Dar recognised the need for extending the Galileo family and introduce two new models: The Dar GAL3350, Galileo 20 light pendant, is now joined by the Dar GAL3450, Galileo 7 light pendant and the Dar GAL1350, Galileo 9 light ceiling fitting.

Versatile enough to be used in kitchens and studies but eye catching enough to be used in bedrooms and living spaces, one of Dar Lighting's strongest suits has always been its range of low voltage halogen lighting and mains halogen lighting. With that in mind Dar have added to its existing offering with the Dar Empire, Dar Emerson, Dar Pipe and Dar Spirit. Each family has a single wall spot light, double wall spot light, four light ceiling bar and four light ceiling plate.

Dar's bathroom lighting collection has also been significantly increased with the Dar Acqua and Dar Athena mirror lights, the Dar Reflex, Dar Storm and Dar Bisel wall lights and the bathroom ceiling fittings Dar Metis, Dar Formula, Dar Seattle and Dar Libra.
