How to use this site
In the event that goods have been incorrectly picked or damaged in transit, we of course apologise sincerely and kindly ask that you notify us within two days of receipt of goods.
You may call us on 0845 602 2544 or email us using the form on the 'Contact Us' page. Please give your order reference number and a brief description of the fault.
We will arrange collection via Parcelforce and notify you of their intended time of collection. We also, of course, will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
With regret, we cannot accept claims after this period.
Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
This only applies to unopened items in their original, sealed packaging.
Customers must return unwanted goods at their own cost using a 'signed for' carrier service. We are unable to exchange after these seven days, or if they have been used or removed from their original packaging. Upon inspection the sale will be credited less our standard carriage charge of £5.99.
