These pages list all the goods residing in the final level of navigation.
For example, all white plastic Contactum switches and sockets will appear in a list view on the Contactum page following this navigation:
Switches & Sockets > Group A – White Moulded > Contactum
On these pages one can either purchase by entering the desired quantity and clicking 'add to basket', or view the product in greater detail by clicking on the image or description.

Perhaps you've changed your mind and decided to order a Chrome switch instead of a Brass one. No Problem, simply open 'My Basket' and delete the unwanted item.
Our partner carrier companies divide the UK into the following three zones:
Zone 1 : England, Wales and Parts of Scotland - Usually Next Day Delivery
Orders above £30 - Free Delivery
Orders below £30 - £5.99 postage and packing charge.
Zone 2 : Highlands and Islands of Scotland - Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 and ZE - Two Day Delivery
Orders above £30 - £7.50
Orders below £30 - £13.50 postage and packing charge.
Zone 3 : Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly - Postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25 - Three Day Delivery
Orders above £30 - £7.99
Orders below £30 - £14.20 postage and packing charge.
Zone Anywhere Else : Republic of Ireland and Most European Countries

Our Postal Service Explained
1. Any delivery charges will be clear and transparent on your invoice BEFORE you actually input any credit card details, allowing you to make an informed purchasing decision..
2. If you live in Zone 1 you should normally receive your order the day after receiving this email. Zone 2 and Zone 3 deliveries may take up to two and three days respectively.
3. In the event of your being out, a card will be left notifying you of attempted delivery and your order will be delivered the following day. If you are unable to sign for delivery on the second occasion your parcel will be returned either to your local depot or left at your local post office if it is within one mile of your address. A card will be left with details of the collection address.
We DO NOT store credit card details. This means that nobody can steal your details as we simply do not have them!
We use a very well-known and trusted payment service provider called Protx that use 128-bit encrypted SSL (secure socket layer) when transferring transaction details in the checkout process. This means that no information submitted during this process can be examined, used or modified by any unauthorised third parties.
We sell only branded products from some of the world's best known and respected manufacturers. As far as is possible, every item is checked at the time of picking and packing.
In the unlikely event that an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days.
Steps for returning an item:
1. Please email the order reference and details of the item or be returned. Please include a brief description of the fault.
2. We will arrange for collection of the item by our carriers.
3. Return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will then dispatch a replacement or process a refund once your returns are received.
