Gil-lec's ethos of providing the best possible Customer Service is one that we endorse and wish to support, both financially as well as with our own resource.

The renowned social events, in addition to being extremely enjoyable, provide us with the opportunity to meet the end-user of our products, giving us important feed-back from the ‘coal-face'. Many important product developments and enhancements have come from such occasions.

More formally, we provide Gil-lec staff with extensive product training to ensure that they are fully equipped to deliver the most knowledgeable and up-to-date service to their customers.

When required, we also undertake joint visits to determine the most cost-effective solution to a customer's requirements.

The fact that Gil-lec have recently celebrated 21 years in Electrical Wholesaling is testimony to their important status in our industry.
